What to do with a bunch of tarps? Great ideas!

What would I do with tarps if I had a bunch of them? Well, if I could get a bunch of tarps I would use one of them for under my tent, another one for over my tent (to avoid a repeat of the eighth grade camping trip when we got soaked in the middle of the night), and I could also use tarps in a project I am doing with a friend to bring the contents of a storage unit onsite to the property and stop paying out monthly fees. As long as they were durable, it would work while we sorted things out. Next, I would give my parents some tarps to cover the woodpiles that they have going a couple hundred feet from the house. They also have some machinery outside that they need to keep covered. And then, with the market gardening, there is always the squash and apples to cover outside in the fall, after they are picked. I'd keep a few for spares, because it seems that in my life whenever I've needed a tarp, it required a trip to the store and then the trip to the store meant seeing other things that I think that I want. Why do that, when you can get quality tarps online and keep some on hand?
